i have read your inquiries to Atty. enrico pozon regarding your refund to megaworld. I have the same case with you. I sent Megaworld numerous letter of demand for the 50% refund. It was almost a month now since my request but i havent got any response from them.
Just would to know if Megaworld had grant you the 50% refund under Maceda Law. Any advise that you can provid me will be much appreciated.
